Lifecycle
The shared lifecycle supports Draft, Submitted, Under Review, Qualified, Scope Requested, Proposal Issued, Approved, Active, On Hold, Completed, Declined and Archived states. Each transition represents a distinct operating decision.
Commercial funnel mapping
The public journey is Discovery → Offer Selection → Qualification → Structured Request → IOXN Access → Review → Scope / Proposal → Commercial Engagement. The public funnel describes the customer journey; the record state machine governs the actual operating status.
No silent approval
Payment, form completion, file upload, email delivery or account creation does not independently promote a record into Approved, Active, Certified, Authorized, Member, Partner or Completed status.
Operational handoff
Qualified and scoped records can move into proposal and engagement work while the status history, evidence, tasks and operator actions remain auditable against the same IOXN record.
