Use a mandate when you want a specialized IOXN brand to evaluate or structure a commercial engagement such as market entry, advisory work, property requirements or other defined services.
Use a project when work has actually been accepted
A project record is for active delivery or coordinated execution. Prospects should normally enter through a structured intake or mandate rather than declaring their own request to be an active IOXN project.
