These categories prevent capability language from being mistaken for completed performance and prevent records from being treated as proof before the required decision and evidence exist.

The public verification route is designed to return only published records in an Active, On Hold, or Completed status that also have at least one current verified evidence item. A result confirms the fields displayed by IOXN Access and the existence of qualifying evidence under those publication rules; it is not a general endorsement of every underlying statement or document.
Submissions, supporting documents, identities, claims, relationship records, applications and evidence can exist before review. Unverified, pending, rejected and expired states remain materially different from verified evidence.
A valid external intake creates a record with Submitted status and keeps it Confidential and Hidden by default. Submission is a request for review, not approval, authorization, certification, membership, partnership, financing, reservation, engagement or contract.
Approval is an explicit status decision on a specific IOXN record. Depending on the record type, further steps can still include agreement execution, payment, activation, issuance, professional checks, delivery or completion.
A payment reference records a financial event associated with a record. Payment does not silently change the record into Approved, Active, Certified, Authorized, Member, Partner or Completed status.
IOXN Access is designed to preserve an empty, pending or unverified state when the required proof does not exist. The trust model does not create substitute logos, testimonials, customer lists, certificates, transaction records, project histories or other synthetic proof.
