Certification standard

The program uses a governed evidence and review workflow. The following domains define the current v1.0 framework; detailed criteria are maintained in the certification case and may be refined through controlled standard revisions.

Governed process

   Application

   A structured case is created under the issuing brand.

   Evidence

   Required claims and supporting documents are collected and verified.

   Technical review

   Criteria are reviewed; nonconformities and corrective actions are recorded when applicable.

   Decision

   An authorized reviewer records an approval or decline independently of payment status.

   Issuance

   Approved cases may receive a unique live-verification identifier and certificate status.

   Surveillance & renewal

   Current evidence and continued conformance are required to renew the status.
