IOXN Access glossary

A precise vocabulary for the records, decisions, evidence and operating states used across the IOXN platform.

Application: A record used when a person or organization is being evaluated for eligibility, participation, authorization or admission to a defined program.
Mandate: A prospective commercial engagement record that captures a client objective, requested workstreams, parties, scope development and commercial progression.
Project: A record for accepted work that has moved into active delivery or coordinated execution.
Record: The governed IOXN Access object that represents a specific application, mandate, project, membership, credential, opportunity or other supported relationship.
IOXN Record ID: A human-readable identifier associated with an IOXN Access record for reference and follow-up.
Lifecycle: The allowed sequence of states through which a record can move.
Status transition: An explicit change from one allowed lifecycle state to another.
Evidence: Information intentionally used to support a decision, status or verifiable claim.
Document: An operational file associated with a record. A document may support work without necessarily qualifying as reviewed evidence.
Verification: A public or controlled lookup that confirms a supported fact about an eligible record.
Publication: The deliberate act of making approved record information eligible for a public surface.
Confidential record: A record whose contents are limited to authorized account holders and IOXN operators rather than exposed publicly.
Workspace: The authenticated customer-facing area where linked IOXN records and related activity can be viewed.
Control Center: The restricted operator workspace used by authorized IOXN roles to review and operate records.
Brand front door: The specialized IOXN brand website where a prospect learns about a capability and begins the appropriate intake.
Structured intake: A workflow that captures decision-relevant facts instead of relying on a generic contact message.
Qualification: The review stage used to determine fit, completeness and the appropriate next commercial or institutional action.
Proposal: A commercial scope or offer associated with a relevant record; acceptance remains a separate state.
Agreement: A contractual or participation record associated with a relationship; draft and executed states remain distinct.
Payment reference: A financial event or provider reference associated with an IOXN record. It does not by itself create approval.
Membership: An approved participation relationship with a defined program or organization.
Credential: An issued record that attests to a defined achievement, authorization or status within the scope of the issuing program.
Opportunity: A real opportunity explicitly created and assigned through an IOXN workflow rather than synthetic deal flow.
Participant: A person or organization explicitly associated with a record in a defined role.
Record owner: The person assigned operational responsibility for progressing a record.
Next action: The concrete step required to progress a record from its current operating state.
Jurisdiction: The legal or operating territory relevant to a request. It is routing context, not proof of local authorization.
Canonical intake: The shared persistence path used by connected IOXN brand workflows to create an IOXN Access record.
Evidence-first publication: The rule that a public claim should be supported by the relevant decision and evidence before it is made publicly verifiable.
