Why record type matters
An application asks IOXN or a participating brand to evaluate eligibility or participation. A mandate describes a requested commercial engagement. A project is used when an accepted engagement has moved into active delivery or coordinated execution.
Keeping those record types distinct avoids a common operating error: treating a form submission as if it were already a commercial engagement.
Lifecycle governance
Records begin in a controlled state, maintain explicit status history and expose only the next actions appropriate to the current stage. Approval, activation, suspension, completion or rejection must be represented as actual decisions rather than inferred from payment or document upload.
Operator controls
Authorized IOXN operators can qualify records, assign owners or participants, create tasks, record proposals and agreements, attach evidence and transition a record only through allowed lifecycle states.
Customer visibility
The authenticated workspace can show the customer the current status, relevant records, documents and activity that are appropriate for that account while restricted operator functions remain in the IOXN Control Center.
