Evidence before publication
A record can exist privately without being publicly verifiable. Evidence can be submitted, reviewed and associated with a record before any public status is exposed. This lets the operating team distinguish a request, an internal review and a verified public fact.
What verification can support
The verification layer is designed for records where a participating IOXN program legitimately needs a public verification route, such as an issued credential, approved membership or other evidence-backed status. The underlying program remains responsible for the substantive decision.
What verification does not do
A public lookup is not a substitute for a contract, regulatory license, professional opinion or technical due diligence. It confirms only the eligible IOXN record and the public facts that the platform is configured to disclose.
Privacy boundary
Confidential documents, internal notes, rejected evidence and non-public records are not exposed simply because a public verification endpoint exists.
