Private by default
External submissions can be persisted as confidential, hidden records. This lets the operating team review a request without prematurely creating a public affiliation, credential or project claim.
Evidence is reviewed in context
Evidence is associated with the record it supports. Review can determine whether the evidence is sufficient for the intended decision without assuming every uploaded file is valid.
Publication is a separate control
A record becomes publicly verifiable only when the applicable publication rules and evidence support that outcome. Internal existence and public eligibility are intentionally different concepts.
Claims stay narrow
A public response should expose only the facts that are actually supported. Verifying a credential, for example, should not imply employment, regulatory licensure or broader endorsement unless those facts are separately established.
