Project boundary
A project record should represent real accepted work. It should not be created merely because a prospect submitted an inquiry. This keeps pipeline activity separate from delivery.
Inputs
Project inputs can include the accepted scope, responsible parties, owner, workstreams, milestones, relevant documents, evidence requirements and next actions.
Method
Authorized operators use the project record as an operating control layer: assign responsibility, track tasks, associate documents and evidence, preserve status changes and connect the work back to the originating brand and mandate where applicable.
Output
The customer receives a coherent record of the engagement that can be surfaced through the authenticated workspace while sensitive operator-only information remains restricted.
