The platform can record that a payment reference exists for a defined purpose and associate it with the relevant IOXN record.
What payment does not establish
Payment alone does not prove that an application was approved, a credential issued, a membership activated, a proposal accepted, a contract executed or a professional relationship authorized.
What happens next
The governing record must continue through the workflow required by the participating brand or program. That may include evidence review, agreement execution, eligibility decision or other explicit steps.
Why this is intentional
Separating financial events from substantive decisions makes the record more reliable and avoids misleading pay-to-claim outcomes.
